5. Client Photographs

Before and after photographs may be taken for record keeping, insurance purposes and to monitor healed results.

Photographs may also be used on social media platforms, marketing materials and the Niomi May PMU & Beauty Studio website only where written consent has been provided. You have the right to withdraw consent for marketing images at any time.

6. How Long Information Is Kept

Client records are retained for a minimum of 6 years in line with insurance requirements and legal obligations.
